Return/Cancel And Refund Of The Product
If you are not satisfied with our product? We will refund the amount for the product.
If you are not satisfied with your order, particularly in terms of quality and taste. We’ll be happy to refund the amount. Kindly return the unused item with tags and sealed within 24 hours of delivery.
Unfortunately www.seyonfoods.com (Seyon Fresh Agro Foods) is not offering any reverse pickup; you may have to self-ship the product through a reliable domestic (local) courier service. Any amount you spend on sending the product by yourself will be reimbursed with Seyon Fresh Agro Foods discount vouchers for a maximum amount of Rs.100. Kindly mention invoice number on the address label, to the address mentioned below.
Refund/Credit voucher will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse/office. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank).

We will make the refund when you have not received the product for 5-7 business days within Tamil Nadu and 7-10 business days of outside the Tamil Nadu.
Before claiming the refund, kindly call to local courier office/hub and enquire the status of your consignment. The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Refund/Coupon voucher will be issued only after the product is received at our office/warehouse. The refund will be initiated within 1 working days of receiving the product. You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.
Kindly use the separate packets for items from separate orders. Please make sure you to seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
We cannot offer refund when the mobile number is not reachable/switched off or buyer’s unavailability or wrong address or item status is in transit or shipped.
